We accept returns for any reason so long as the item is in its original condition, in its original packaging and the return application is made within 30 days of delivery. Once the return request is made, we’ll send Australian residents a free, pre-paid label. Note that pre-paid returns are available for Australian residents only. International customers will need to arrange their own return shipping.

To request a return, simply contact us at hello@leosun.com.au and we'll email you a label to attach to your return that will entitle you to 1 x free return per order number for Australian residents. Place this label on the original shipping carton (to ensure that they don’t get damaged in transit) and pop it in your nearest Australia Post red post box. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to raise the shipping label. Items must be returned in saleable condition. You MUST include either a print out of your order confirmation email OR a handwritten piece of paper with your name and order number in your parcel.

Breakages or Faulty Items

Our sunglasses undergo rigorous testing and quality control, however, sometimes breakages happen. If this is the case, please get in touch at hello@leosun.com.au and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. It is really important that customers are happy so we will always resolve any issues for you! 


To exchange your items, you’ll need to process a return and then repurchase your alternate items as you would a typical order. We cannot process 1 for 1 replacements. You must return your goods for a refund and reorder.

How long do refunds take?

We process your refund as soon as your item is received and receipted in as in saleable condition in our warehouse. You’ll receive an automated email from us as soon as this has been processed. Refund amounts can take a few days to be processed by your payment provider.
