We accept returns for any reason so long as the item is in its original condition, in its original packaging and the return application is made within 30 days of delivery. Once the return request is made, we’ll send Australian residents a free, pre-paid label. Note that pre-paid returns are available for Australian residents only. International customers will need to arrange their own return shipping.
Breakages or Faulty Items
Our sunglasses undergo rigorous testing and quality control, however, sometimes breakages happen. If this is the case, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. It is really important that customers are happy so we will always resolve any issues for you!
