How long will my parcel take to arrive?
We ship using Australia Post. We fulfil orders daily. Orders placed before 12pm are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following day.
Parcels typically take 2-5 working days to reach most parts of Australia. Parcels typically take 5-7 days to reach New Zealand via airmail.
Do you offer express post?
Yes. Select this option at cart and we’ll ship your parcel via Australia Post Express anywhere in Australia. Parcels to metro areas will typically arrive within 24 hours of leaving our warehouse. Regional areas can sometimes take 2 or more days. We do not offer international express post at this stage.
How can I track my order?
You’ll be sent tracking information via email once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse.
